We hired Silva Construction from referrals to remodel three bathrooms in our home last summer (2015). We were very pleased with the working relationship with Sean Silva, President who was always on site for key construction steps and performed some of the tasks himself when necessary. All countertop and cabinet installations were coordinated with minimal schedule slippage. Sean was great to work with on our kitchen remodel. He carefully listened to our plans for the remodel and helped refine our design ideas. Sean also uses high quality subcontractors and was flexible and accommodating to our schedule.

SCC’s proposal came in the fastest from all the contractors we spoke with, and their team was the most dedicated to explaining it and personalizing it. The project manager spent 2-3 hours with us in person prior to us even booking Silva, none of the other contractors spent nearly that much time.
